As described in another article about raising a support request to The Basketball Network Support team, once you have submitted your support request, you can track its progress and make comments.
Please note: This Customer Portal is not the same as your SportsTG customer account. This is for The Basketball Network support only.
How do I sign up for The Basketball Network's Support Customer Portal?
When you arrive on the The Basketball Network's Support Home page, you will notice that you have the option to Sign in:
Clicking that button will pop up a box where you can sign into The Basketball Network's Support Customer Portal.
However, if you don't have an account yet, you can simply select the Sign up link and follow the prompts:
Check your email and click the verification link as soon as possible as this link has a short expiry!
NOTE: Please use the same email that you made your request with - you will NOT be able to see any of your requests if your Support Customer Portal email is different.
What can I do in The Basketball Network's Support Customer Portal?
When you click on the request link from your email, you will be asked to sign in (see above for that process). You can do this for tickets you create or are CC'd in on.
Note: If you log into the portal, there is no ability to find the Requests tab. You will need to click the ticket link from your email and view each ticket separately.
You can do the following in each ticket in the portal:
1. View the ticket and its current status (open, closed, on hold, pending)
2. View which group your ticket is assigned currently (L1 Support is at the state level, L2 is at Basketball Australia level, L3 is with our IT Partner, SportsTG).
3. View the ticket's comment history
4. Make a comment using the "Add to conversation" function
5. Mark as solved
In the future, we plan to release our own Knowledge Base, where you can view articles specific to The Basketball Network and the SportsTG system, FSP Manager. This will help you self-diagnose and resolve your own issues yourself much more quickly, especially if it a simple fix outside of business hours.
In the meantime, please head to our IT Partner SportsTG's Knowledge Base:
But please do not submit a request through that system, instead, use The Basketball Network Support's webform.
We hope you will take advantage of this awesome feature!
