The Basketball Network recommends exploring the free version of TidyHQ yourself from your association/club dashboard and attending/watching a webinar to find out more, which can be done here.
What does this integration mean for basketball associations and clubs?
The Basketball Network powered by SportsTG has historically placed all membership data within the same database and database season.
Community feedback indicated that this made it difficult to separate domestic basketball competition data from non-domestic basketball competition data within The Basketball Network.
The TidyHQ integration provides the option for associations and clubs to clearly separate their organisation's domestic competition data stored in SportsTG with their other organisational data.
It provides the ability to make a clear distinction between domestic basketball competition data and holiday camps, events, programs and representative data.
It means associations and clubs now have easy-to-use functionality to enhance the management of their membership data beyond registration fees and competition management for domestic basketball competitions.
What does this integration mean for basketball associations and clubs with more than one SportsTG database?
TidyHQ has the option to allow one or more of your Basketball organisation's databases within SportsTG to be linked together into one TidyHQ database.
Community feedback indicated that it was difficult to manage several different SportsTG databases at one time from a membership, registrations, payments and reporting.
It means associations and clubs can now easily enhance the management of their membership data by collating it all in one, central location whilst ensuring data is automatically imported from SportsTG regularly.
My association/club was already utilising SportsTG for non-domestic basketball competition data, do I need to change?
No, you do not need to change how you are currently managing your non-domestic basketball data, the TidyHQ integration is optional to use although highly recommended.
We recommend exploring the free version of TidyHQ yourself, attending a webinar to find out more which can be done by signing up here.
